Job Description: We are seeking a dynamic and result-driven Sales Executive to join our team at our Noida location. The ideal candidate will be an MBA graduate with a strong passion for sales and business development. This role is perfect for a female professional looking to build a successful career in the sales domain.
Key Responsibilities:
1.Lead Generation & Client Acquisition: Identify and generate new business opportunities, build a strong sales pipeline, and convert leads into customers.
2.Sales Presentations & Negotiations: Conduct product presentations, negotiate contracts, and close deals with prospective clients.
3.Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with clients, ensuring customer satisfaction and repeat business.
4.Market Research & Analysis: Stay updated on market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments to recommend sales strategies.
5.Sales Targets & Reporting: Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets, and provide detailed sales reports to the management team.
6.Collaboration & Teamwork: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including marketing and operations, to ensure seamless sales processes and customer experience.
7.Customer Support: Address customer queries and concerns promptly, ensuring high levels of service delivery and retention.
Qualifications & Requirements:
1.MBA with (preferably in Sales/Marketing) from a recognized university.
2. 1-2 year of experience in sales, business development, or customer-facing roles (Fresher’s with strong potential are also encouraged to apply).
3.Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
4.Strong understanding of sales principles, customer service, and market dynamics.
5.Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
6.Positive attitude with a goal-oriented mindset.
7.Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build relationships with clients.
8.Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
9.Ability to handle high-pressure situations and meet deadlines.
