Operate and set up Vertical Machining Center (VMC) machines as per job instructions.

Read and interpret technical drawings, blueprints, and job orders.

Select and install proper cutting tools, fixtures, and workpieces.

Measure, examine, and test completed units to detect defects and ensure conformance to specifications using precision instruments (Vernier, Micrometer, Dial Gauge, etc.).

Perform routine machine maintenance and troubleshooting.

Make necessary adjustments to machine settings to optimize performance.

Maintain production logs and records of machining operations.

Ensure adherence to safety procedures and company quality standards.

Coordinate with the QC and maintenance team for continuous improvement.
