Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

Supervise and coordinate activities of technicians, operators, or service staff on the floor.
Monitor daily workflow and ensure tasks are completed on time with quality standards.
Train new team members on processes, safety, and technical procedures.
Perform inspections and quality checks on vehicles, parts, or repair processes.
Coordinate with other departments (Production, Quality, Inventory, Service, etc.) for seamless operations.
Maintain equipment and ensure safety procedures are strictly followed.
Prepare reports on productivity, issues, and improvements.
Handle minor escalations and provide solutions to ensure customer satisfaction.
