Job Title: HR Coordinator / Operations Executive

Job Summary:
We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented HR Coordinator / Operations Executive who can manage the complete employee lifecycle of contract/outsourced employees for our client. The ideal candidate should be proficient in Excel, capable of maintaining accurate employee data, resolving salary-related grievances, and ensuring smooth coordination between the agency, employees, and client.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Graduate any (B.Com/BBA/BA preferred); MBA in HR will be an added advantage.
- 0.6 - 1years of relevant HR/operations coordination experience.
- Strong command on MS Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Table, Data Validation, etc.)
- Good communication skills.
- Experience in handling third-party employees/contractual workforce is a must.
- Ability to work independently and handle employee queries with patience and professionalism.
- Knowledge of salary structure, ESI, PF, and other compliance will be beneficial.
