Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee the daily operations of the Parts Department to ensure smooth and efficient functioning.
• Manage inventory control, including stock replenishment, tracking, and reporting.
• Coordinate with suppliers and vendors for timely procurement of parts at competitive rates.
• Ensure availability of genuine and high-quality parts to meet customer requirements.
• Lead, train, and motivate the parts team to achieve targets and maintain excellent customer service standards.

• Handle customer queries and resolve issues related to parts supply, warranty claims, and complaints.
