Areas of Responsibilities:
Perform engineering design, analysis, and verification of subsea pipelines and related systems (risers, manifolds, tie-ins, umbilicals, etc.).
Develop pipeline routing, wall thickness calculations, and stability analysis following DNV, API, and ASME standards.
Prepare design documentation, specifications, data sheets, and technical reports.
Participate in FEED (Front End Engineering Design), detailed engineering, and construction support.
Conduct installation engineering and support offshore operations (laying, trenching, tie-in, testing, and commissioning).
Coordinate with project teams, vendors, and contractors for fabrication, installation, and inspection activities.
Perform pipeline integrity assessments, including corrosion monitoring, pigging operations, and repair planning.
Ensure compliance with HSE (Health, Safety & Environment) and quality standards throughout all project phases.
Support cost estimation, risk analysis, and scheduling for subsea and pipeline projects.
Assist in technology evaluation and implementation for subsea systems optimization.
Required Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Civil, Ocean, or Offshore Engineering (Master’s degree preferred).
3–8 years of experience in subsea or pipeline engineering (design and/or installation).
Knowledge of subsea design codes and standards: DNV-ST-F101, API 1111, ASME B31.8, ISO 13628.
Proficiency in engineering software such as ANSYS, OrcaFlex, Caesar II, ABAQUS, AutoPIPE, or SAGE.
Strong understanding of offshore installation methods (S-lay, J-lay, reel-lay, trenching, and burial).
Familiarity with materials selection, cathodic protection, and corrosion control.
Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
