Reports to: Bid Manager / Head – Business Development
Objective: Identify, track, and shortlist relevant tenders from Govt/PSU/Corporate portals (GeM, CPPP, state e-procurement sites, client websites) and coordinate internal actions through bid submission.
Key Responsibilities
- Scan GeM/CPPP/state portals & target org sites daily; set alerts and maintain a tender calendar.
- Filter by sector, geography, value, and eligibility; prepare Go/No-Go notes (scope, EMD, PQ, timelines).
- Download/organize bid docs; create checklists of mandatory forms, annexures, and formats.
- Track pre-bid meetings, corrigenda, and Q&A; circulate timely updates.
- Coordinate with Sales/Finance/Legal/Operations for credentials (turnover, work orders, PF/ESIC, certifications, references).
- Maintain a pipeline tracker (status/owner/deadlines/risks) and weekly MIS.
- Support GeM bid creation (catalogs, BoQ mapping, compliance ticks) under guidance.
- Follow internal data-security & document-control protocols.
Must-Have Skills
- Strong web research & portal navigation (GeM/CPPP/state portals).
- Ability to read tender clauses and extract eligibility/compliance requirements.
- Basic Excel/Google Sheets for trackers & MIS; clear documentation.
- Time management, follow-ups, cross-team coordination.
Qualifications & Experience
- Any Education
- Freshers with strong research skills are welcome; 0–2 years in tender/back-office/bids is a plus.
