Profile: HR Operations

Reports to: Manager — HR Operations / Head — HR
Objective: Ensure end-to-end employee training tracking, social media coordination, and statutory/compliance hygiene across Vision India and group companies PAN-India.
Key Responsibilities
Training Tracking & Enablement (LiveSkills)
- Maintain a master tracker for all trainings (POSH, Safety, HR Ops, client SOPs, L&D) with due dates, batches, venues/virtual links, and facilitators.
- Publish weekly updates; send invites and reminders; capture attendance, feedback, and issue certificates.
- Track completion on LiveSkills/Learn Certify Hub; follow up with pending learners; generate site/BU/client-wise MIS.
Social Media Coordination (People & L&D)
- Collate stories, photos, and short videos from centres/projects; ensure approvals and brand compliance.
- Coordinate with Marketing for LinkedIn/Facebook/YouTube/WhatsApp Channels; maintain a content calendar for HR/L&D highlights (inductions, certifications, recognition).
- Maintain consent logs and basic IP/brand-usage compliance.
Must-Have Skills
- Strong Excel/Google Sheets (VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, Pivot, Data Validation); MIS & dashboards.
- Hands-on with HRIS/LMS (LiveSkills/Learn Certify Hub), email, Docs/Drive; basic Canva/PowerPoint for HR posts.
- Coordination, follow-ups, TAT ownership; clear written communication.
- Working knowledge of POSH basics, joining/compliance packs, and audit readiness
