Key Responsibilities

• Project Planning & Implementation

  • Develop and execute detailed project plans ensuring timely completion and adherence to technical and financial parameters.

  • Coordinate with stakeholders for smooth implementation of project activities.

• Client Handling (DISCOM Coordination)

  • Liaise with DISCOM officials for project approvals, progress reviews, and compliance documentation.

  • Ensure all client requirements and standards are met throughout project execution.

• Billing & Documentation

  • Prepare, verify, and process contractor and vendor bills in alignment with contractual terms.

  • Maintain accurate records of work progress, material utilization, and financial transactions.

• Site Management & Problem Resolution

  • Oversee all site activities, ensuring safety, quality, and efficiency.

  • Identify, analyze, and resolve on-site issues to avoid project delays.

• Site Execution & Supervision

  • Supervise on-site teams and contractors for daily execution of work as per design and schedule.

  • Monitor material delivery, workforce allocation, and work progress.

• Consumer Indexing & Meter Installation Supervision

  • Ensure accurate consumer data collection and mapping in coordination with the field teams.

  • Supervise meter installation activities ensuring compliance with technical specifications and safety norms.

• Plan Implementation & Reporting

  • Execute project plans effectively on ground level and prepare progress reports for management review.

  • Track milestones and suggest corrective actions to ensure timely project delivery.
