Job Title: HR Operations Executive
Base Location: Chaputa, Hajipur
Deployment: Pan-India, on short notice

Role Summary : The HR Operations Executive will be trained on our HRIS systems and will manage HR operations and basic sourcing for client locations. The role is field-intensive and requires frequent deployment to project/client sites across India for 2–3 months or more, often on very short notice.
Key Responsibilities
- Operate and update HRIS (attendance, employee records, leaves, basic HR MIS).
- Track daily attendance and leave status of employees at project sites.
- Support onboarding, documentation, and HR coordination at client locations.
- Source and screen candidates for project requirements in coordination with the central team.
- Act as the on-ground HR contact for client and employees during deployment.
- Share daily/weekly HR reports with the central HR team.
Profile & Skills
- Education: Graduate; MBA (HR) preferred but not mandatory.
- Experience: 0–2 years; freshers interested in HR may apply.
- Good communication in Hindi & basic English.
- Comfortable with Excel, HR apps, and mobile-based attendance tools.
- High discipline, ownership, and comfort with fieldwork.
Mobility Requirement (Non-Negotiable)
- Base at Chaputa, Hajipur, but
- Must be ready for deployment anywhere in India for 2–3 months or more.
- Must be ready to travel on short notice.
