Role Summary:
The Skill Technician will be responsible for performing technical tasks, troubleshooting equipment, assisting in installations, and ensuring smooth operation of machinery or systems. The role requires hands-on skills, technical knowledge, and the ability to support day-to-day technical activities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform routine maintenance, repair, and troubleshooting of equipment and machinery.
- Assist in installation, testing, and commissioning of machines or systems.
- Conduct inspections to identify technical issues and ensure compliance with safety standards.
- Support senior technicians and engineers in project activities.
- Maintain accurate records of service, repairs, and parts used.
- Operate tools, instruments, and machines safely and efficiently.
- Coordinate with internal teams to resolve technical issues promptly.
- Provide technical support during training, demonstrations, or operational activities.
- Ensure adherence to company’s quality and safety guidelines.
- Manage inventory of tools and spare parts.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- ITI / Diploma in Electrical, Mechanical, Electronics, or related field.
- Hands-on experience in maintenance or technical support (preferred).
- Basic understanding of electrical circuits, mechanical systems, or equipment handling.
- Ability to read technical manuals, drawings, or schematics.
- Good problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
- Strong attention to detail and safety-focused attitude.
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
