3. IBMS – Fire Alarm System, Water Leak Detection, Access Control System, VESDA System

Scope of Work (SOW): Role: Datacenter Operations & Maintenance Technician
1. Operations Responsibilities
- Perform daily datacenter routine checks and maintain logs.
- Monitor all critical infrastructure equipment including UPS, DG, PAC, Fire systems, LV panels, and other facility components.
- Support in incident handling and escalate issues as per SOP.
- Ensure adherence to safety and security protocols.
2. Maintenance Responsibilities
- Assist with preventive and corrective maintenance activities.
- Coordinate with OEM/vendors for critical maintenance tasks.
- Ensure timely resolution of equipment faults and minimize downtime.
- Maintain records of maintenance activities and submit required reports.
3. Site & Vendor Management
- Coordinate with facility teams, customers, and vendors for smooth O&M operations.
- Verify vendor work completion and update approval logs.
- Ensure compliance with SLAs and AMC terms.
4. Customer Handling
- Provide timely updates to customer representatives.
- Support customer audits and ensure documentation readiness.
5. Reporting & Documentation
- Maintain daily, weekly, and monthly reports.
- Ensure proper documentation of incidents, maintenance logs, and inventory status.
