- Plan & execute the training programs
- Maintain training related database.
- Maintain training related documents
- Train new Trainees on shop floor/Review performance & track the efficiency
- Should have interest to learn.
- Should have good communication (verbal & Written, Local Language is must)
- Should have system knowledge (Excel, PPT, Outlook).
