 Submission of Return of Ownership in FORM 5A in case of any changes Digital Signature registration/renewal as & when require Monthly Recurring Activities Generation of UAN / Linking of UAN for New joiners Updating of KYC & Exit details

 Basis on final salary sheet, preparing PF report/validating system PF report Sharing PF report with BHR post mapping of new UAN and post validation Post confirmation from BHR, Preparing final PF challan and sharing BHR for invoicing  Post payment of challan, sharing PF payment receipts with BHRS. Approving online claims on PF portal post validation of data

 KYC Progress update with BHR as & when required or on agre ed frequency

 International workers return submission Maintaining PF inspection book PF Query Management

 Employees PF queries response based on online status of claims  PF Form submission  Offline form submission in case of any death, Pension or any other form whi ch is not allowed online Notice Management
