1.Technician have knowledge of Gas pipe (GI) fitting knowledge 1/2, 3/4, 1, 1.5, 2 inches pipe. Installation of GI fittings like elbows, tees, unions, sockets, reducers, GI    plugs, any other GI fittings, adopter for appliance valves & Anaconda, Domestic Adaptor, GI Sleeves, RCC Crimping Guard, Meter clamp & Pipe clamps etc. as            required to complete the job. 

2. Drilling of holes through walls with proper heavy duty hammer drill Machine, tools & tackles, using proper sealant/ grout material & color to match original, replacement of damages during drilling, restoring the area to original condition to the satisfaction of Owner/ EIC & as per specification for 1/2" & 1" NB in brick wall and RCC wall. PVC sleeve with proper sealant to be provided in the drilled section to protect GI pipe. 

3. Installation of powder coated GI riser of 1” & ½” from TF to Riser Isolation Valve, from Riser Isolation Valve up to lateral Isolation Valve by providing plug at all levels up to all floors including supply and fixing of all type of pipe supports/ clamps/ brackets.  Installation of 1/2" Powder Coated GI pipe & Fittings at all length up to appliance valve/gas tap at domestic household for connecting PNG connection with GI Riser network with end cap/ plug (included).

4. Connection ready for commissioning (RFC) by installation of lateral isolation valve (included) at all length after lateral isolation valve along with installation of regulator, meter with associated inlet & outlet connections/ fittings/ anaconda, supply and fixing of approved meter brackets and other supports up to appliance valve (excluded).

 5. Conversion of all types of LPG kitchen appliances to PNG based appliances by installing appliance valve, suraksha hose of 1 meter, changing/ converting nozzles, jets and associated controls for domestic & imported appliances with proper tools & tackles.

6. Measurement of pipeline and Drawing of the work.  Inventory confirmation and utilization report torespective supervisor
