Responsiblities : -
Prepare technical specifications concerning the packaging components incorporated in new products and/or product evolution in co-operation with Quality, Purchasing, Vendors and BoC.
Designs the prototypes of these technological elements and checks them.
Prepares the validation and industrialisation/manufacturing phases of these technological elements.
Perform qualifications test / evaluation for new / second sourcing / localization of packaging components.
Qualify packaging components based on cost savings to attain highest possible cost reduction. Responsible for carrying out various safety tests as per agency requirements.

Business Understanding:-
Development, designing of the packaging parts and working on continuous improvement programs like Cost reduction thru alternate design, process, and material
Other Requirement :-
Candidate must have good knowledge on Packaging and Re-cyclable Packaging.
He should have good product design knowledge.
Must know 3D and 2D software. New packaging technology awareness, Packaging standards knowledge, Packaging tests standard will be an advantage.
Should be team player.
