·         Good knowledge of the manufacturing processes in Stamping, Machining, Molding, Springs & Plating.

·         Strong knowledge on Quality tools like APQP-PPAP, (P)FMEA, SPC & MSA.

·         Ability to read design records and technical specifications.

·         Strong technical knowledge to effectively perform required job functions.

·         Professional in supplier quality assurance

·         Evaluate the Supplier first article inspection report.

·         Drives to improve the quality and product performance through FMEA, risk assessment, and resolution of current and potential issues.

·         Leads the supplier assessment and qualification for direct and indirect materials.

·         Excellent statistical analysis and quality assurance skills.
