Position: Enterprise Sales Specialist

Location: Nungambakkam, Chennai

Job Description

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Enterprise Sales Specialist with a strong background in legal services and a proven track record of engaging with C-level executives, particularly CFOs and Directors. The ideal candidate will possess exceptional communication skills in English and a robust understanding of enterprise sales strategies.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve and exceed revenue targets.
  • Identify and target potential clients within the legal and corporate governance sectors.
  • Establish and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers, including CFOs, Directors, and other senior executives.
  • Conduct comprehensive needs assessments and present tailored solutions to meet client requirements.
  • Lead contract negotiations and manage the sales process from initial contact to closure.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless delivery of services and client satisfaction.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, competitive landscape, and regulatory changes to inform sales strategies.
  • Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations, proposals, and reports.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Law, Marketing, or a related field.
  • 5 to 8 years of experience in enterprise sales, with a focus on legal services or corporate governance.
  • Proven track record of successfully selling to C-level executives, particularly CFOs and Directors.
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills in English.
  • Strong negotiation and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to understand complex legal and regulatory environments and translate them into business opportunities.
  • Self-motivated with a results-driven approach and a high level of initiative.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
