Interacting with customers, giving them product presentations and convincing them to make purchases.

Keeping a track of the stock and inventory in the assigned section and placing orders for replenishing the stock.

Maintaining the proper display of goods in the store and ensuring that they comply with the quality standards.

Execute plans to maximize sales as assigned.

Maintains positive relations and rapport with Customers.

Keeping oneself updated with all the product knowledge.

Using the technical skills and/or product knowledge to help the customers buy the right product.

Handle customer queries effectively.

Effectively collects customer feedback and passes it to immediate manager.

Attend mandatory staff meetings and training sessions.

Completion of all administrative paperwork during scheduled shift.

Knowledge of procedures in emergency situations.

Knowledge of facility rules, regulations and philosophy of the store.

Other duties as assigned by the superior.
