Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced Graphic Designer with 1 year of hands-on experience in creating designs for marketing campaigns, branding, presentations, digital ads, and corporate materials. The ideal candidate must be visually driven, detail-oriented, and capable of bringing abstract ideas to life through compelling designs.
Key Responsibilities
- Design a wide range of materials across digital and offline media, including brochures, posters, social media creatives, emailers, infographics, and banners.
- Work closely with the marketing, product, and web teams to execute visually consistent campaigns.
- Translate business and marketing requirements into design solutions that are clear, engaging, and aligned with brand identity.
- Maintain and enforce brand consistency in all design projects.
- Iterate on designs based on feedback and ensure timely delivery.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest design trends, tools, and technologies.
- Manage multiple design projects simultaneously and prioritize deadlines effectively.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year of experience as a Graphic Designer or in a similar creative role.
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and design tools like Canva or Figma.
- Solid understanding of typography, layout, color theory, and branding.
- Strong portfolio showcasing a range of design projects (print and digital).
- Experience creating creatives for social media platforms, paid ads, and presentations.
- Attention to detail and ability to maintain high visual standards under tight deadlines.
- Good communication and teamwork skills to collaborate across departments.
