Role Objective :
The Growth Guru (GG) will be responsible for generating sales in the assigned territory through fieldwork, onboarding new customers, and building strong market relationships. This is a performance driven role, and earnings will be directly linked to sales results.
Key Responsibilities :
- Identify and connect with local transporters, fleet owners, and businesses.
- Generate leads and onboard new customers for Trucksup.
- Promote Trucksup’s services in the assigned area.
- Ensure accurate reporting of daily field activities and sales.
Eligibility Criteria :
- Fresh graduates; no prior experience required.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Self-driven, confident, and able to work independently in the field.
- Willingness to travel locally within the assigned area.
Compensation & Benefits:
