Infonet is seeking a proactive and technically skilled Technical Executive (Field Network Engineer) to join our field support team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for installing new internet connections, addressing customer complaints, and conducting field visits for technical troubleshooting. This is a field-intensive role that requires a valid driving license and a personal two-wheeler.
Key Responsibilities:
- Install new internet connections at customer premises.
- Attend to and resolve technical issues reported by customers in a timely manner.
- Perform regular field visits for service checks, maintenance, and troubleshooting.
- Coordinate with the backend support team for escalated issues.
- Maintain accurate records of service activities and installations.
- Provide basic technical guidance to customers when needed.
- Ensure customer satisfaction by delivering professional and efficient service.
Requirements:
- Minimum qualification: (B.E) -Any Specialization)
- Basic understanding of networking concepts and internet technologies.
- Good communication and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently and manage time efficiently.
- Must own a two-wheeler with valid driving license (DL).
- Willing to travel extensively within the assigned area.
Preferred Skills (Not Mandatory):
- Prior experience in ISP fieldwork or technical support.
- Familiarity with routers, modems, and basic cabling work.
