Job Description – Management Accountant / FP&A (Staffing Business)

Role Purpose:
To support business decision-making by delivering accurate MIS, budgeting, forecasting, and margin analysis for a high-volume manpower services business, ensuring profitability, cost control, and financial discipline.
Key Responsibilities:
• Prepare monthly MIS and management reports covering revenue, margins, and profitability.
• Track client-wise, contract-wise, and branch-wise performance.
• Support annual budgeting, rolling forecasts, and variance analysis.
• Identify margin leakages due to absenteeism, attrition, or under-billing.
• Support pricing, commercial proposals, and contract renewals.
• Partner with Sales, Operations, HR, and Payroll teams.
• Ensure compliance with internal controls and support audits.
• Drive MIS automation and process improvements.
Key Skills:
• Strong knowledge of management accounting and MIS
• Experience in staffing / manpower services / HR outsourcing
• Advanced MS Excel (dashboards, financial models)
• Understanding of payroll-driven revenue models
• ERP exposure (Tally / SAP / payroll systems)
• Strong analytical and communication skills
Qualifications & Experience:
• CA / CMA / MBA (Finance) / M.Com / B.Com
• 4–10 years of experience in staffing or service industry finance roles
