Job Description: Manager: HR & Admin

Location: Noida / Vasudevpur Chaputa, Hajipur, Viahsali
Reporting to: Group HR Head
Role Purpose : Own end-to-end HR along with Administration, Facilities and Transportation, ensuring compliant HR operations, smooth employee experience, disciplined office administration, safe travel/transport, and strong vendor governance across office and client deployments.
Key Responsibilities
1) HR Operations (End-to-End)
- Manage the employee lifecycle: hiring coordination, onboarding, documentation, confirmation, transfers, exits and F&F.
- Drive HR operations: employee master/HRIS hygiene, attendance & leave governance, letters, policies, grievances and discipline processes.
- Coordinate engagement and internal communication; support training and induction programs.
2) Payroll & Statutory Compliance
- Validate monthly payroll inputs: attendance, leaves, incentives/allowances, reimbursements, joining/leaving data.
- Coordinate compliance (PF/ESI/PT and applicable labour law documentation), audits and inspections with vendors/consultants.
3) Admin & Facilities Management
- Manage office administration: housekeeping, security, pantry, stationery, utility services, repairs & maintenance, AMCs and vendor SLAs.
- Oversee asset and inventory control: tagging, issue/return, audits (including IT and office assets where applicable).
- Ensure office readiness, hygiene, and employee support services.
4) Transportation & Travel Management (Key Focus)
- Manage employee/local travel arrangements and vendor coordination (cab services, shift transport if applicable).
- Ensure safety and compliance: driver verification, vehicle fitness/insurance, SOPs for late-night travel, incident reporting.
- Validate transport bills, optimize routes/usage, and control costs through SLA governance.
5) MIS, Governance & Cost Control
- Publish monthly MIS: headcount, attrition, attendance, compliance status, admin/transport spends, vendor performance.
- Drive process discipline and continuous improvement across HR/Admin/Transport.

- Zero delays in onboarding documentation and HR lifecycle processes.
- Accurate payroll inputs and compliance readiness.
- Facility readiness and high vendor SLA adherence.
- Safe, reliable transport/travel operations with cost optimization.
Qualifications & Experience
- Graduate / MBA (HR preferred).
- 5–10 years experience in HR Ops + Admin/Facilities (IT/ITES/Tech or multi-location environment preferred).
- Strong vendor management, documentation discipline, and Excel/MIS reporting.
- Experience handling employee transport/travel operations is a strong advantage.
