Role Summary
The Accountant will be responsible for managing day-to-day financial operations of the ITC CSR Project, ensuring accurate expense tracking, bill reconciliation, budget monitoring, and timely financial reporting.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage day-to-day project expenses and petty cash.
- Verify, reconcile, and upload bills in the system.
- Track Project Budget vs Actual expenses and highlight variances.
- Maintain financial records, vouchers, and supporting documents.
- Prepare monthly financial reports and MIS.
- Coordinate with project team, vendors, and finance team for payments and documentation.
- Ensure compliance with organisational and ITC CSR financial guidelines.
- Support audits and financial reviews.
Qualification & Experience
- Graduate in Commerce (B.Com/M.Com/MBA Finance preferred).
- 2–5 years of experience in accounting or project/CSR/NGO finance.
- Proficiency in MS Excel and basic accounting software.
