Job Responsibilities (JD & KRA)

• Achieve production targets within the defined timeline as assigned by the Shift Leader / Supervisor

• Follow all specified work instructions and standard operating procedures (SOPs)

• Maintain quality standards during production activities and ensure defect-free output

• Perform tasks related to assembly, testing, and basic quality checks

• Adhere to safety, discipline, and shop-floor rules

• Support continuous improvement and teamwork on the production line

Required Skills & Knowledge

• Basic understanding of manufacturing processes such as:

  • Assembly

  • Testing

  • Quality Control

• Willingness to work in rotational shifts

• Physically fit for shop-floor work

Training / OJT Details

• On-the-Job Training (OJT): 7 Days

• Training Period is Paid

Stipend Details (In-Hand – 26 Working Days)

For 12th Pass Candidates

• ₹14,213 + ₹1,500 (DBT)

• Total In-Hand: ₹15,713

For ITI / Diploma Candidates

• ₹15,274 + ₹1,500 (DBT)

• Total In-Hand: ₹16,774

Working Hours & Shifts

• 8 Hours per Shift

• Rotational Shifts: A / B / C

Additional Benefits
