Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced and skilled Senior Technician to handle installation, maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair of equipment/systems. The role requires technical expertise, leadership on-site, and the ability to guide junior technicians while ensuring high-quality service and safety standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Install, maintain, and repair equipment, machinery, or systems as assigned
- Diagnose technical issues and provide effective solutions
- Lead and support junior technicians and helpers on-site
- Perform preventive and corrective maintenance activities
- Ensure compliance with safety standards and company SOPs
- Maintain service reports, job cards, and maintenance records
- Coordinate with vendors and internal teams when required
- Train technicians on best practices and new technologies
- Ensure minimal downtime and efficient resolution of issues
Requirements & Skills
- ITI / Diploma / Technical certification in relevant field
- 2+ years of hands-on technical experience
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
- Ability to read technical drawings, manuals, or schematics
- Basic computer or mobile app usage for reporting
- Good communication and team-handling skills
Willingness to travel or work on shifts ( if required)
