Talent Acquisition Executive
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage end-to-end recruitment for lateral and bulk hiring requirements
- Understand manpower needs and job specifications from stakeholders
- Source candidates through job portals, social media, referrals, walk-ins, and local networks
- Handle high-volume sourcing, screening, and shortlisting
- Conduct initial telephonic interviews and schedule further interview rounds
- Coordinate with hiring managers to ensure timely closures
- Follow up with candidates to reduce no-shows and dropouts
- Manage offer rollouts, documentation, and joining formalities
- Maintain recruitment trackers, MIS, and bulk hiring reports
- Ensure a smooth and positive candidate experience
- Required Skills & Competencies
- Proven experience in bulk / mass hiring
- Strong sourcing and screening skills
- Ability to work under pressure and meet volume targets
- Good communication and coordination skills
- Hands-on experience with job portals and ATS
- Target-driven and result-oriented mindset
- Experience in Talent Acquisition / Recruitment with exposure to bulk hiring
