Key Responsibilities:

1. Vehicle Diagnostics & Inspection

• Perform systematic inspections to identify defects in engine, transmission, suspension, braking, and electrical systems.
• Use diagnostic tools (e.g. OBD‑II scanners) and technical guides to troubleshoot faults accurately.

2. Routine & Preventive Maintenance

• Conduct scheduled services: oil/filter changes, brake maintenance, tire inspections, lubrication, and planned preventive actions.

3. Repair & Component Replacement

• Execute repairs and replacements on major components—diesel engines, gearboxes, electrical modules, hydraulic systems—ensuring compliance to quality SOPs.
• Collaborate with senior technicians on complex faults and carry out required corrective procedures.

4. Process Adherence & Workplace Safety

• Follow standardized operating procedures (SOPs) and maintain workplace safety and cleanliness
• Report defective parts, quality issues, and process non-compliances to superiors.

5. Training & Skill Enhancement

• Participate in VECV’s skill programs such as EMTECH and training in RCDC to stay updated on new CV technologies.
