Job Title :IT Support Engineer
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Provide L1/L2 support for desktops, laptops, printers, and mobile devices
- Troubleshoot hardware, software, OS, and application issues
- Install, configure, and maintain Windows/Mac OS and corporate applications
- Manage users, groups, and access in Active Directory & Office 365
- Perform basic network troubleshooting (LAN, Wi-Fi, VPN, DNS, DHCP)
- Ensure antivirus, patching, endpoint security, and IT policy compliance
- Handle tickets, maintain documentation, and ensure SLA adherence
- Manage IT assets, vendor coordination, and AMC support
- Support employee onboarding/offboarding and basic IT training
