Job Summary
We are looking for Tele caller to handle outbound for our employees, associate, partners and potential partners to explain Service/Product benefit of Job Saathi and give on the call demo of Job Saathi (Refer & Earn) and resolve issues in Job Saathi referral if faced by partner The role requires strong communication skills, knowledge of Regional language is must.

Key Responsibilities 

• Make outbound calls to existing employees, associates and partners and potential partners
• Guide and support Job Saathi partners on referring new candidate for jobs.
• Give information and clarity of performance and eligible incentive to partners and associates.
• Ensure daily, weekly, and monthly call targets are met
• Escalate complex partner’s issues to supervisors.
• Maintain high standards of customer satisfaction and call etiquette
• Provide feedback to managers on customer responses capture partners remarks

Required Skills 

• Excellent verbal communication skills
• 9 Hindi Speaking, 1Telagu, 1 Tamil, 1 kannada, 1 Marathi, 1 Bengali, 1 Odia
• Ability to handle Partner’s query calmly and effectively
• Basic computer knowledge (MS Excel, call systems)
• Target-oriented and self-motivated
• Good listening and problem-solving skills
