 Develop and implement comprehensive quality control procedures, policies, and standards to maintain consistent and high-quality fabrication & Galvanizing processes.

 Conduct regular inspections and audits to identify defects, deviations, or issues in the fabrication process.

 Collaborate with engineering and production teams to implement corrective actions and optimize processes.

 Monitor and analyze quality metrics and data, creating reports and presentations to communicate performance to senior management.

 Investigate customer complaints and returns, working to resolve issues and prevent future quality problems.

 Coordinate and schedule the dispatch of goods to meet delivery deadlines.

 Supervise and provide guidance to dispatch team and warehouse staff.

 Communicate with customers, suppliers, and internal teams to manage delivery schedules and resolve any delivery-related issues.
