Job Summary
We are looking for a friendly and energetic Barista who will be responsible for preparing high-quality coffee and beverages while delivering excellent customer service. The ideal candidate should be passionate about coffee, attentive to detail, and able to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
☕ Beverage Preparation
- Prepare and serve coffee and espresso-based beverages such as lattes, cappuccinos, americanos, and other specialty drinks.
- Follow standard drink recipes and portion guidelines to maintain quality and consistency.
- Operate espresso machines, grinders, and other beverage equipment safely and efficiently.
👋 Customer Service
- Greet customers warmly and provide a welcoming café experience.
- Take accurate customer orders and process transactions using the POS system.
- Offer product recommendations and answer customer questions about beverages and menu items.
🧼 Cleanliness & Maintenance
- Maintain a clean, organized, and hygienic workstation.
- Clean coffee machines, tools, and equipment regularly.
- Restock supplies such as milk, coffee beans, syrups, cups, and other essentials.
Skills & Requirements
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Basic knowledge of coffee preparation (preferred but not mandatory)
- Customer-focused attitude and positive personality
- Ability to work flexible shifts, including weekends and holidays
