Job Title: Sales Executive
Department: Sales- LMD/HD/Bus-Retail Business
Designation: On Vision India Services
Role Purpose :- The primary purpose of this role is to drive sales volume, engage with customers, generate enquiries, and meet sales and market share targets across various customer and product categories within the assigned territory, while also focusing on building strong customer relationships.
Roles and responsibilities
Market Coverage :- Ensure extensive market coverage with an average of 5 visits per day
Sales Targets :- Achieve monthly sales volume as per assigned target.
Sales Process :- Adherence Follow the sales process and ensure UDAAN adherence.
Competence Development :- Regularly update knowledge and skills by participating in training sessions.
Customer Relationships :- Maintain strong business relationships with existing customers and develop relationships with competition customers.
Stakeholder Relationships :- Maintain relationships with all stakeholders including body builders, financiers, drivers, local mechanics, etc., and generate enquiries.
Activity Execution :- Execute activities as per plan and generate enquiries
DBOP Participation :- Participate in DBOP and plan for the month.
