Key Responsibilities:

•  Looking for a highly motivated and experienced Hardware Architect to join our SJML family.
• As an architect, he will be responsible for defining the architecture of the Hardware, deliver the solution within the budgeted costing and timelines.
• Should guide the team on the latest technologies, documentation aspects, defining the road map for the technology infusion into our product lines.
• Conducting Risk/Hazard assessment.
• Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams including SW, Mechanical, Engineering, Quality, and Production to gather information and take care in the Hardware Design Roles & Responsibility
• Ensure all documentation complies with applicable regulatory and quality system standards (FDA, ISO 13485, etc.).
• Define the overall hardware architecture, including component selection, interfaces, power distribution, and communication protocols.
• Translate system requirements into detailed hardware specifications.
• Architect for safety, EMC, and low-noise performance per medical standards (e.g., IEC 60601, ISO 13485).
• Drive trade-off analysis between performance, cost, manufacturability, and regulatory constraints. Specific Skill
• Expert level Experience in deriving Hardware requirements from Product/ System requirements
• Substantial/Expert level Electronics design experience on medical devices
•  Breaking down the System architecture and developing the HW modules
•  Expert in Analog and Digital design
•  Good experience in component selection for the designs
•  Able to guide teams for HW design activities
•  Good hands on experience on tool usage, Equipment usage
•  Review the deliverables from the team
•  Good experience in guiding the team in debugging and fixing the issues
•  Good hands on in Altium/ORCAD tool General Skill
•  Shall be able to Mentors, train and lead other engineers
• Ability to work under pressure
•  Ability to work well in a team environment
•  Excellent verbal and written communication skills
•  Strong multitasking skills
