Roles And Responsibility
Key Responsibilities
1. Reporting & Data Management
• Maintain spend trackers, PO logs, and savings reports.
• Support monthly dashboards and procurement KPIs.
• Assist with audits by ensuring proper documentation.
2. Vendor Coordination
• Liaise with suppliers for quotations, timelines, and issue resolution.
• Help with vendor onboarding and maintain updated vendor records.
• Follow up on contracts, renewals, and service-level expectations.
3. Sourcing Support
• Assist in running RFQs/RFPs for small-value or low-complexity categories.
• Gather pricing, compare quotes, and support cost-comparison analyses.
• Conduct basic market research for new suppliers.
4. Stakeholder Support
• Work closely with internal teams to understand their requirements.
• Provide updates on order status, delivery timelines, or vendor issues.
• Ensure adherence to procurement policies and processes.
Qualifications
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Commerce, Supply Chain, or related field.
• 2-5 years of experience (internships in procurement/supply chain a plus).
• Familiarity with ERP tools (SAP, Coupa, Ariba, Oracle) is an advantage.
Skills & Competencies
• Strong communication and coordination skills.
• Attention to detail and good documentation habits.
• Basic negotiation and analytical skills.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Proficiency in MS Excel, Outlook, and basic data analysis.

• On-time PO creation and accuracy.

• Cycle-time improvements for PR→PO→delivery.
