- handling and implementation of L&D process covering audit aspects like managing with training records and documentation for all kinds of audits for both locations
- ,Induction – onboarding of new joining at both locations from pre joining preparation to onboarding Strengthening L&D as a domain
- creating employee centric L&D programs in line with organization goal
Learning and Development
Preparation of training calendar (monthly) and records with timely execution
- Weekly training plan prepared on the basis of JCM
- Special training plan with approvals
- Conduct trainings as per schedule and ensure pro-active communication and execution of trainings planned
- Maintain all the training records, evaluations and effectiveness as per SOP and audit requirements
- Ensure timely submission of JCM by co-ordination with HOD with updated and verified records as per standard format.
- Coordinating Training Programs, Events, Management Meetings, Annual Meets etc.
- Building and maintaining relations with different training providers and institutes and taking care of vendor payment process.
- Update and manage the Job Competency Matrix and plan the training plan for each quarter
- New Employee On boarding and Induction Implementation
- Assisting in PMS & KPI’s.
- Preparing and maintaining the FDA and ISO related HR records, training records, updating job competency matrix, and various ISO procedure manuals.
