Job Description

Key Responsibilities

Assist in setting up and operating pultrusion machines
Load raw materials such as fiberglass, resin, and mats
Monitor basic machine operations (temperature, speed, etc.)
Support senior operators during production
Check finished products for basic quality (size, shape, defects)
Maintain cleanliness of machine and work area
Follow safety instructions and use PPE properly
Report any machine issues to supervisor

Eligibility Criteria

ITI / Diploma (Mechanical, Electrical, Production) or 12th pass
Freshers can apply (no prior experience required)
Basic understanding of machines or manufacturing is a plus
