Key Responsibilities:
1. Partnerships and Alliances
- Build partnerships with ITIs, Polytechnics, Skill Universities, State Skill Missions, government departments, training partners, and other relevant institutions.
- Develop strong relationships with government stakeholders and institutional leaders.
- Identify opportunities aligned with skilling, employment, and livelihood initiatives.
2. Strategic Tie-ups and MoUs
- Lead discussions for institutional tie-ups and ecosystem partnerships.
- Facilitate MoUs and formal collaborations with institutions and government bodies.
- Create structured engagement models to build a steady skilled candidate pipeline.
3. Stakeholder Engagement
- Conduct meetings, presentations, and discussions with institute heads, placement officers, government officials, and training partners.
- Present JustJob’s value proposition for placements, candidate visibility, and employer access.
- Ensure regular follow-up and long-term engagement with stakeholders.
4. Candidate Mobilization
- Drive candidate registrations on JustJob through partner institutions and ecosystem channels.
- Support onboarding of students, trainees, and skilled candidates onto the platform.
- Enable institutions to use JustJob effectively for placement outcomes.
5. Outreach and Representation
- Represent JustJob at job fairs, campus drives, rojgar melas, and employment initiatives.
- Promote JustJob across the skilling and employability ecosystem.
- Build awareness of JustJob as a trusted platform for connecting skilled youth with employers.
6. Demand Fulfilment Support
- Build a continuous and quality talent pipeline for employer hiring needs.
- Coordinate with internal teams to align candidate supply with employer demand.
- Track outcomes in terms of registrations, pipeline creation, interviews, and hiring support
