The Role:
This role is detail-oriented and result-driven professional responsible for managing the end-to- end hiring process for finance-related positions. This individual oversees the entire recruitment lifecycle—from sourcing and screening to onboarding top-tier talent—while collaborating closely with hiring managers to meet the organization’s strategic staffing needs.
Compensation :
The annual compensation for this role is upto INR 9,50,000*.
Please be informed that the compensation will be aligned with the candidate’s level of experience.
Key Responsibilities:
a. Execute Full-Cycle Recruitment:
Manage the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle specifically for finance functions, including Accounts, Audit, Taxation, and FP&A.
b. Strategic Collaboration:
Partner with hiring managers to define specific job requirements, technical competencies, and departmental hiring priorities
c. Multi-Channel Sourcing:
Identify and attract high-caliber talent through various channels, including job portals, LinkedIn Recruiter, professional references, and internal databases.
d. Candidate Assessment:
Perform rigorous resume screening and conduct initial HR interviews to evaluate cultural fit and core qualifications.
e. Stakeholder Coordination:
Efficiently schedule and facilitate interview rounds between candidates and internal stakeholders.
f. Data Management:
Maintain accurate recruitment trackers and generate detailed MIS reports to provide visibility into hiring metrics.
g. Pipeline Development:
Proactively build and nurture a robust network of finance professionals to meet both current and future organizational needs.
6. Required Qualifications & Skills:
a. Education:
i. Bachelor’s degree in business administration/Finance is required
ii. MBA is strongly preferred
b. Experience:
i. Minimum of 2 years of experience is required
c. Technical Skills:
i. Strong understanding of finance roles and industry requirements
ii. Hands-on experience with Naukri, LinkedIn, and other sourcing tools.
iii. Ability to manage multiple positions in a fast-paced environment
iv. Good knowledge of finance terminology and job roles
Soft Skills:
a. Fluency in English is required
b. Excellent written and verbal communication skills
c. Hands-on, autonomous, and solution-oriented mindset
