Key Responsibilities:
A. Execute Full-Cycle Recruitment:
Manage the end-to-end hiring process for diverse commercial roles, including technical and plant-based roles, such as R&D Engineers, Chemical Researchers, Prototype Specialists, and Intellectual Property (IP) Analysts.
B. Strategic Collaboration:
Partner with R&D Directors and Principal Scientists to understand complex technical roadmaps, project timelines, and the specific "Inquisitive DNA" required for breakthrough innovation.
C. Multi-Channel Sourcing:
Identify passive high-caliber talent through specialized channels: research publications, patent databases, technical forums (like GitHub or IEEE), and academic alumni networks.
D. Candidate Assessment:
Perform rigorous resume screening and conduct initial HR interviews to evaluate cultural fit and core qualifications.
E. Stakeholder Coordination:
Efficiently schedule and facilitate interview rounds between candidates and internal stakeholders.
F. Data Management:
Maintain accurate recruitment trackers and generate detailed MIS reports to provide visibility into hiring metrics.
G. Pipeline Development:
Proactively build and nurture a robust network of finance professionals to meet both current and future organizational needs.
