Key Responsibilities:
A. Execute Full-Cycle Recruitment:
Manage the hiring process for diverse roles such as Supply Chain Managers, Procurement Leads, Quality Engineers (QA/QC), Logistics Coordinators, and Category Managers.
B. Strategic Collaboration:
Partner with the Head of Supply Chain and Quality Directors to define technical requirements, cost-saving targets, and the "Compliance & Negotiation DNA" required for success.
C. Multi-Channel Sourcing:
Identify high-caliber talent through LinkedIn Recruiter, industry-specific portals (like ASCM/APICS networks), and professional references within the logistics and manufacturing sectors.
D. Candidate Assessment:
Perform rigorous resume screening and conduct initial HR interviews to evaluate cultural fit and core qualifications.
E. Stakeholder Coordination:
Efficiently schedule and facilitate interview rounds between candidates and internal stakeholders.
F. Data Management:
Maintain accurate recruitment trackers and generate detailed MIS reports to provide visibility into hiring metrics.
G. Pipeline Development:
Proactively build and nurture a robust network of finance professionals to meet both current and future organizational needs.
