Key Responsibilities:

·       Conduct vehicle tyre inspections as per the defined inspection checklist.

·       Perform tyre pressure checks and carry out inflation top-ups as required.

·       Carry out tyre fitment and removal from vehicles using appropriate tools and equipment.

·       Remove and mount tyres from wheel rims following standard procedures.

·       Perform puncture repair using approved tools, materials, and repair techniques.

·       Carry out wheel rotations as per recommended rotation patterns and schedules.

·       Perform minor tyre repairs using standard tyre repair tools and equipment.

·       Ensure proper torque tightening and safety checks after tyre fitment.

·       Maintain accurate tyre fitment and maintenance records.

·       Ensure workplace cleanliness and proper handling of tyre tools and equipment.

 Required Technical Knowledge & Skills:

·       Basic understanding of automobile systems and tyre fundamentals.

·       Knowledge of different types and constructions of tyres.

·       Understanding of tyre maintenance practices and inspection methods.

·       Knowledge of tyre fitment and removal procedures.

·       Understanding of wheel rim inspection and maintenance.

·       Basic knowledge of wheel alignment concepts.

·       Ability to perform tyre puncture repairs.

·       Ability to maintain manual and digital records.
