Key Responsibilities:
· Conduct detailed vehicle tyre inspections using defined inspection standards.
· Perform tyre pressure checks and ensure correct inflation levels.
· Diagnose tyre wear patterns and identify root causes of irregular tyre wear.
· Provide corrective recommendations related to mechanical issues affecting tyres.
· Carry out tyre fitment and removal with proper quality checks.
· Perform puncture repairs using approved tools and equipment.
· Carry out wheel rotations as per recommended maintenance schedules.
· Conduct wheel alignment checks and corrective adjustments.
· Perform advanced tyre repair using specialized tools.
· Maintain digital reporting and online record keeping of tyre performance.
· Prepare inspection reports and maintenance feedback for fleet operations.
Required Technical Knowledge & Skills
· Strong understanding of automobile systems and tyre engineering fundamentals.
· Knowledge of tyre construction, types, and applications.
· Expertise in tyre inspection and maintenance practices.
· Ability to troubleshoot tyre wear patterns and performance issues.
· Knowledge of wheel alignment systems and correction procedures.
· Ability to maintain and troubleshoot workshop equipment.
· Computer literacy for digital reporting and record management.
· Ability to generate technical reports and communicate maintenance insights.
