Due to the group's expansion needs in content creation, news reporting, and brand events, we are now recruiting part-time photographers. We welcome individuals with a passion for photography and professional skills to join us in capturing memorable moments and creating high-quality visual content.

Job Responsibilities:
1. Responsible for photography at various news events, brand events, feature interviews, and commercial shoots, accurately capturing key moments and ensuring the timeliness, authenticity, and visual quality of the photos.

2. In accordance with the group's content creation requirements, complete the initial screening of shooting materials, simple post-production retouching and organization, ensuring that the images meet the standards for media release and promotion.

3. Cooperate with the group's content team to communicate shooting ideas and execution plans, efficiently complete assigned shooting tasks, and deliver high-quality photographic works on time.

4. Cooperate to complete other temporary photography-related work as needed, and flexibly respond to business needs.

Job Details

Job Requirements

1. Possess solid professional photography skills, be familiar with the operation of various photography equipment (DSLR, mirrorless, etc.), and be proficient in core photography techniques such as composition, lighting, and color. Prior experience in news photography and event photography is preferred.

2. Proficient in using post-processing software such as Photoshop and Lightroom, able to independently complete image post-processing work, and possess good aesthetic sense and image control.

3. Flexible working hours, able to schedule attendance according to shooting tasks, adaptable to temporary and unexpected shooting needs, and possessing a strong sense of time and execution.

4. Possess excellent communication and teamwork skills, able to quickly understand shooting requirements, and efficiently cooperate with the team to complete tasks. 5. Possess your own independent photography equipment and stable shooting conditions; those with a proven track record of successful photography will be given priority consideration.

6. Adhere to professional ethics, respect copyright, maintain strict confidentiality regarding the content being photographed, and demonstrate a strong sense of responsibility and dedication.
