Roles & Responsibilities
1. Machine & Production Support
- Assist operators in running machines and production lines
- Help in loading/unloading raw materials and finished goods
- Support smooth production flow on the shop floor
2. Basic Maintenance Assistance
- Help technicians in minor repair and maintenance work
- Clean and maintain tools, machines, and work areas
- Assist in preventive maintenance activities
3. Material Handling
- Transport materials within the plant (manual or trolley)
- Arrange and stack materials properly in designated areas
- Ensure proper handling to avoid damage
