Role Purpose
To lead and scale CSR-funded skilling initiatives by bringing strong operational rigor, stakeholder management, and revenue mindset, leveraging experience from Sales / Business Operations / Large-scale program management backgrounds.
Key Responsibilities
1. CSR Program Execution & Scale
- Drive end-to-end execution of CSR-funded skilling projects across geographies
- Ensure delivery against committed KPIs: enrollments, training completion, placements, impact metrics
- Bring structured execution discipline (SLAs, dashboards, reviews)
2. Stakeholder Management (Critical)
- Manage relationships with CSR partners, corporates, and funding agencies
- Act as a single point of accountability for client satisfaction and program success
- Lead governance calls, reviews, and reporting
3. Business & Revenue Orientation
- Support CSR business growth through:
- Client engagement
- Cross-selling / upselling programs
- Identifying expansion opportunities within existing accounts
- Collaborate with Business Development teams for new partnerships
4. Operations Excellence
- Drive process standardization across centers / projects
- Optimize cost, utilization, and productivity
- Ensure compliance with CSR guidelines and audit readiness
5. Team Leadership
- Lead regional / project teams (Program Managers, Coordinators, Trainers)
- Build a performance-driven culture with clear KRAs
- Coach teams on delivery, client handling, and execution excellence
6. Monitoring & Impact Measurement
- Establish strong MIS, dashboards, and reporting frameworks
- Track impact metrics and ensure data integrity
- Present insights to internal leadership and external stakeholders
