Key Skills & Competencies
- Strong knowledge of capital equipment / machine manufacturing / SPM industry.
- Deep knowledge of Test & Measurement, Calibration instrumentation, and capital equipment selling.
- Strong technical understanding of sensors, torque/force testing systems, data acquisition, calibration, etc.
- Excellent sales, negotiation, and relationship-building ability, especially with OEMs, calibration labs, automotive & quality-centric customers.
- Good understanding of standards/certifications (ISO / NABL etc.), calibration practices.
- Ability to translate technical features into business/ROI value for customers.
- Self-starter, target-oriented, ability to work independently across a large territory.
- Strong communication skills in English +
