- Should be Comfortable for field work
- As a Field Recruiter, you have to source Bulecollar workers/Factory workers/Technicians (ITI/Diploma) from field and colleges, mela's
- Minimum 6 months of experience in field hiring is required from any Industry
- Should achieve the Targets of hiring mandates
- Should have bike
