Role Summary
We are hiring Sourcing Executives responsible for calling, field visits, and onboarding channel partners (Property Brokers) onto our platform, and aligning them with the closing team for business activation.
Key Responsibilities
● Make 40–80 calls daily to identify and qualify brokers
● Schedule and conduct 5–7 field meetings per day
● Onboard brokers on the app during meetings
● Ensure 1:1 alignment with Closing Manager for training & project allocation
● Maintain daily reporting (calls, meetings, onboarding status)
Daily Targets
● Calls: 40–80
● Meetings: 5–7
● Onboarding: 5–7 (meeting = onboarding expected)
Candidate Profile
● Experience: 1–3 years (field sales / channel management / calling)
● Broker/channel ecosystem experience preferred
● Strong communication & persuasion skills
● Presentable, target-driven, and disciplined
● Comfortable with field + calling role
● Basic app/CRM understanding
● Must own a 2-wheeler
